IHS Commissioning Engineer

IHS (Invisible Heating Systems) has been offering high quality renewable energy solutions in addition to the well known IHS Underfloor Heating System for almost 20 years now and continues to grow its client base throughout the UK. In line with our intention to provide a first class service throughout the country we currently seek a commissioning engineer to support the IHS team in Scotland.

You will ideally be experienced with ground and air source heat pumps, plumbing and refrigeration technology and have a working knowledge of electrics although training will be given in areas of limited experience. A working knowledge of solar thermal and photovoltaic will be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in contributing to the knowledge base of the company through experience and a general desire to better understand the technology areas the company is involved in.

The role will include advising installers in the correct methods of installing our IDM Energie range of heat pumps, solar energy systems, underfloor heating in addition to commissioning installed systems and providing maintenance support to our client base.
