Rhue Art Gallery

Rhue Art Gallery just outside Ullapool has recently undergone an extensive re-design. As part of this, IHS has fitted the gallery out with a custom-designed solar thermal installation.
The panels were designed and constructed to be the roof itself and the entire installation is water-tight. Side flashings were constructed by a local builder.
In total there are 18 solar flat plate collectors which comprise 32m² surface area. These connect to a 2500 litre TiSUN Pro-Clean tank which is designed to store both the heat produced from the panels and a giant wood-burner and produce hot water. We'll add more photos as the project continues.
