Outchester & Ross Farmhouse Cottages, Northumbria

This is a 65 feet high tower located on Outchester Farm about half a mile from Budle Bay in Northumbria. Recently restored to the highest standard, the 18th century Grade 2 listed dovecote is being offered as 5 star self-catering accommodation to visitors.
The building’s overall square area is 155m² spread over three storeys.
Heating and Hot Water System
The system comprises a 10kW Compact Heat Pump with Hygienik Tank and underfloor heating. 600m of ground loop was installed into 6 trenches, each one 50m long.
