IHS Thermal Stores and Tanks
At IHS, we supply a range of tanks. The IDM Hygienik Tank (recommended with most of our heat pump installations), a wide range of TiSUN solar, stratified and fresh water tanks and other buffer tanks. Thermal stores are similar in many respects to conventional hot water cylinders - tanks of hot water are the source of heat distribution around the house and the provision of hot water to the taps. Thermal stores have an additional property - their ability to store energy means they are ideal as a combination with energy efficient heating systems such as heat pump and solar thermal where excess heat is provided that can be stored and called on when required.
The IDM Hygienik Tank is specially designed for integration with our ground, air and water source heat pump range.
